What these terms cover

DMA Store sells subscription keys and firmware for direct memory access cheats. These terms apply when you buy from us, when you redeem a key, and when you use the loader or the web menu that comes with it.

If you do not accept them, do not buy and do not use the software. Questions about anything here go to support@dma.store.

Your licence

A purchase gives one person a licence to use the software for the term they paid for. The licence is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, lend, rent or trade a key, and you may not share one between several people or several households.

Only shops we have authorised may resell our products. Those shops are listed on the resellers page. A key bought anywhere else is unsupported, and we will disable it if it turns out to have been resold without permission.

What you may not do with the software

Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, patch or otherwise try to derive the source of the loader, the firmware or the cheat itself. Do not redistribute any part of it, publish it, upload it to a file host, or bundle it into another product.

Do not use anything we sell to attack our infrastructure or to build a competing product. Do not point it at people rather than games, which means no harassment and no reading memory on a machine you do not own.

Subscription term and delivery

Your term starts the moment the key is delivered, not the first time you activate it. Time keeps running whether you play or not, and pausing is not something we can do on our side.

Lifetime keys never expire on a timer. They last as long as we keep publishing that product, which is not a promise that any specific game will be supported forever.

Delivery is instant. The order page shows the key as soon as payment confirms, and the same key is emailed to the address you entered at checkout.

When we suspend or cancel a key

We can suspend or cancel a key without a refund if it is shared, resold, used to abuse our infrastructure, or attached to a payment we have reason to believe is fraudulent. Opening a chargeback or a payment dispute disables the key immediately.

Abusive behaviour towards our staff or towards other customers in our Discord is also grounds for cancellation. We will tell you the reason at the email address on the order.

No warranty

The software is sold as it is. We do not warrant that a given game stays playable with it, that a feature keeps working after a patch, or that the cheat remains undetected. Anti-cheat vendors ship updates on their own schedule and sometimes a product goes offline for a while as a result.

Downtime after a game update is normal and is not a defect. We publish status updates in Discord and push a fix as soon as one is ready.

You accept the risk to your game accounts

Using any cheat breaks the rules of the games it targets. You may lose your account, your purchases, your rank and your progress, and that risk is yours alone.

We are not liable for banned accounts, for items or currency lost with them, for hardware you bought to run a DMA setup, or for time you spent configuring it. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Limits on our liability

Where liability can be limited, our total liability to you for any claim connected with a purchase is capped at the amount you paid us for that purchase.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost earnings, lost streaming income, or the value of an account.

Disputes and governing law

Contact us first. Nearly every dispute is a support problem that a ticket resolves faster than a formal process, and a chargeback filed before you talk to us will only cost you the key.

These terms are governed by the law of the place where the operator of DMA Store is established, and the courts of that place have jurisdiction over any dispute. If mandatory consumer law in your own country gives you rights beyond this, those rights still apply.

Changes to these terms

We can change these terms. The current version always sits on this page with the date it was last updated at the top, and material changes are announced in our Discord.

Continuing to use the software after a change means you accept the new version. If you do not, stop using it and contact us.
