Digital goods, delivered instantly
Keys are delivered within seconds of a payment confirming, and a delivered key cannot be taken back. That makes refunds limited, and it is worth reading this page before you buy rather than after.
If you are not sure your hardware is ready, check the requirements on the how DMA works page first. That is the single most common reason people ask for their money back.
When you can get a refund
If the product never worked for you on a supported setup and our support team could not fix it, we refund you. Open a ticket first so we have a chance to solve the problem, because most of these turn out to be a firmware or configuration issue we can walk you through in minutes.
Ask within 48 hours of delivery. After that the key is treated as used, and we cannot tell a genuine failure apart from a change of mind.
When you cannot
No refund if your game account is banned. Every cheat carries that risk and you accept it when you buy.
No refund for changing your mind, for buying the wrong game, or for a plan you meant to make shorter.
No refund if you do not have the hardware to run it. A DMA card is required, and an input device such as a KMBox, Teensy or MAKCU is required for aimbot and triggerbot.
No refund once a lifetime key has been delivered, because there is no term left to cancel.
No refund for downtime after a game patch. Support goes back up when the update ships, and we extend subscriptions instead when an outage runs long.
If you bought from a reseller, ask that reseller. We cannot refund a payment we never received.
How to ask for one
Open a support ticket in our Discord or email support@dma.store with your order reference and the email you paid with. Describe what went wrong and what you already tried.
We answer refund requests within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and card refunds usually land within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
Crypto refunds
A crypto payment is refunded in the same coin, on the same network, at the exchange rate on the day we send it. The network fee comes out of the amount returned.
Rates move, so the value you receive back can be higher or lower than the value you paid. We refund the coin, not the dollar figure. Send us a receiving address on the correct network, and check it twice, because we cannot recover a transfer sent to the wrong one.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback disables the key straight away and blocks the account from buying again. We supply the delivery record and the order history to the processor, and disputes over delivered digital goods rarely go the buyer's way.
If something is wrong with your order, a ticket gets it fixed faster and leaves your key working while we look at it.
