Privacy policy

The short version

We ask for an email address so we can send you a key, and we keep the record of the order that goes with it. That is close to the whole of it.

There are no advertising trackers on this site, no third-party analytics scripts, and nothing that follows you to other sites.

What we collect

Your email address, which you enter at checkout so the key and the receipt can be delivered.

Order metadata: the product, the plan length, the price, the discount code if you used one, the payment method, and the time of the order.

Payment metadata returned by the processor, such as a transaction reference and whether the payment cleared. We never see or store full card numbers.

Basic request logs, including IP address, user agent and timestamp. These exist to rate limit the checkout, to catch card testing, and to investigate fraud.

What we do not collect

We never ask for a game account, a game password, or a Steam, Battle.net, Epic or Microsoft login. Anyone claiming to need one is not us.

The software does not read your personal files and does not send personal data back to us. It reads game memory on the machine you point it at, which is the whole reason it runs on a second computer.

We do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell data, and we do not share your email with anyone except the parties below who need it to complete your order.

Payment processors and resellers

Payments are handled by third-party processors. They receive what they need to take the payment, and they act as their own data controllers under their own privacy policies. Their fraud checks are theirs, not ours.

If you buy through a reseller, that shop is a separate business. It collects your details under its own policy, and we only receive what is needed to issue the key.

Cookies and local storage

We set no advertising or analytics cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Your language choice is stored in your browser under the key dma_locale in localStorage, so the site opens in the language you picked last time. Clearing your browser storage removes it, and nothing about it reaches our servers.

How long we keep things

Order records are kept for as long as accounting and anti-fraud need them, which is typically several years where tax law requires it.

Request logs are short lived and are rotated within weeks rather than months. Support tickets are kept while they are useful and are cleared out periodically.

Getting a copy of your data or having it deleted

Email support@dma.store from the address you used on the order and tell us what you want. We will confirm it is you, then send you what we hold or delete it.

One limit: where the law requires us to keep a record of a sale, we keep the minimum needed for that and delete the rest. Deleting your data also ends support on any key attached to it.

Changes to this policy

Updates are posted on this page with a new date at the top. If a change affects what we collect, we will say so in Discord as well.
